01Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and your attendance at or participation in WOW BASEL, produced by S.A.F.E. — Sports Active Fashion Entertainment Global. By using the site, submitting an application or holding a ticket, you agree to them.

WOW BASEL is independently produced during Miami Art Week and is not affiliated with Art Basel.

02Tickets and admission

Tickets are personal, may not be resold above face value, and admit one person for the access level purchased. We may refuse or revoke admission for conduct that endangers or disrupts guests, talent, staff or the venue.

Unless stated otherwise at the point of sale, tickets are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders are offered a refund of the ticket price.

Programming, talent, timings and activations are subject to change. Advertised elements are not guaranteed and substitutions do not entitle a refund.

Valid government-issued photo ID may be required. Age restrictions apply to some areas and to alcohol service.

03Event attendance

You must follow venue rules and the instructions of event and venue staff at all times. the City of Miami Beach sets its own house policies, which apply alongside these terms.

You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings. Wellness activations, fitness sessions and treatments are optional; participate only if you are medically fit to do so and follow practitioner guidance.

Prohibited items, capacity limits and security screening may apply.

04Applications and submissions

Designer, sponsor, model, artist, media and affiliate applications are reviewed at our discretion. Submitting an application does not create any obligation to accept or book you.

You confirm that everything you submit is accurate, that you are over 18 where the track requires it, and that you have the right to share any materials you upload.

You grant us permission to use submitted materials internally for review, and — if selected — in event programming and promotion. You keep ownership of your work.

05Intellectual property

WOW BASEL, WORLD OF WELLNESS, THE WOW SHOWS and S.A.F.E. and their logos are marks of their respective owners. The site's content, design, photography and video are protected and may not be copied or reused except for accredited editorial coverage of the event or as permitted in the press kit.

Accredited media may use supplied assets for coverage of WOW BASEL with credit to WOW BASEL / S.A.F.E. Global.

06Photography and likeness

Events are photographed, filmed and streamed. By attending or participating, you grant permission for your image, likeness and voice to be recorded and used in coverage, marketing and archival materials without further compensation.

07Website use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means beyond ordinary search indexing, or submit unlawful, infringing or misleading content.

The site may link to third-party sites and partner events. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

08Disclaimers and liability

The site and the event are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the site or attendance at the event is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

09Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here. Continued use of the site or attendance constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Miami-Dade County have exclusive jurisdiction.
