WOW BASEL is produced by S.A.F.E. — Sports Active Fashion Entertainment Global ("S.A.F.E.", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in connection with our events.

WOW BASEL is independently produced during Miami Art Week and is not affiliated with Art Basel.

02Information we collect

Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, company, website, social handles, package interest and the content of your message when you submit an application, inquiry, casting form, media request or ticket registration.

Casting and application materials: portfolio links, images, measurements and other details you choose to submit for review.

Technical information: basic device, browser and usage data generated automatically when you visit the site.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

03How we use your information

To review and respond to applications, inquiries, casting submissions and press requests.

To administer ticketing, registration, guest lists and event access.

To send event updates, programming announcements and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

To operate, secure and improve the website, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Where required by law, we rely on your consent (marketing and optional submissions), the performance of a contract (tickets and partnership agreements), our legitimate interests (running and promoting the event) and legal obligation.

We share information with service providers who host our site, store our data, send our email and process ticketing on our behalf, under contract and only as needed.

We may share limited details with the venue, production partners or sponsors where necessary to deliver access, accreditation or an activation you have applied to.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep application and inquiry records for as long as needed to evaluate them and for a reasonable period afterwards for future editions, then delete or anonymise them. Transaction records are kept as long as required by law.

08Photography and filming

WOW BASEL events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you acknowledge that your image may be captured and used in event coverage, marketing and press materials. Contact us if you have a concern about a specific image.

Our service providers may process data outside your country; where required we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
